  I could not fault this service. I called yesterday (16/08/17) and enquired about 6 roses to be sent to a restaurant as a surprise for my wife for our anniversary. The lady on the phone (sorry could not remember her name) could not do enough for me, she organised 6 LONG stem roses at the same price and the delivery to the restaurant was not an issue.

  Very disappointed!!!! I just wanted a simple gift and shop owner started wrapping it in awful wrapping paper. I asked her to stop but she said she was commited even though I clearly asked her not to. She took 15 mins to wrap a box and tie a string around it (which I didnt want) and then the wrapping paper didnt even cover the whole box and was all crumbled!! Also the whole time see was 'serving us' she was talking down to her staff and kept stopping and fixing what her employee did. All in all terrible service and horrible communication!!! Not using again!

  Very disappointing experience! I purchesed including delivery a $130 bouqet of flowers for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. They live a 5 minute walk from this florist but I thought getting a flower delivery would add to their special day... What arrived was shocking.. a far cry from the photo they advertised on their website and I felt embarrassed as the purchaser. If I had paid $40 then I would of been happy because that's what they looked like they were worth. Before writing this review I decided to go personally into the store to discuss my obvious dissapointment on my parents special day. The two ladies working were very poilte suggesting a replacment to be sent out but that this would have to be approved by their boss who was out but that they would take my daughters number (who was with me) and their female boss would call. A few hours later my daughter recieved a call from their flower supplier. He said in a smug tone he had been notifed we weren't happy about the flowers and gave an email address to send a photo he would review. My daughter was shocked that they had given out her number unauthorised to a third party and I was so dissapointed that the owner of the store couldn't even muster the courtsey to call us herself and discuss the issue as suggested by her own workers. As I now come on here to discover a similiar poor review from 4 months ago it goes to show some business owners really do not listen to their customers and from now on I will always check reviews before spending my hard earned money at a business. Do yourself a favour especially if it's a person or occasion special to you give Wisteria Blue florist at Kawana Waters shopping centre a big miss!

  Would not recommend and when I called to complain there were only excuses, no apology and no offer to rectify. Choose somewhere else!

  Called yesterday morning to order flowers for my mother in law. Flowers that were delivered were a joke. I would have been better off with a supermarket bunch. They say shop at a small business and then you are undercut for how much you pay. Filled with filler flowers and all the florist could say was they didn't stock many focal flowers.... if that was the case then you should have specified you were low on stock and only charged 50$. The bunch was also very small considering it was made with the cheap stock.

  When we arrived at the restaurant and the waiter bought out the roses my wife was super impressed and loved the flowers and the presentation.
