  Store was full of customers at the front of counters all standing around looking for staff.Waited over 10 mins to finally be served by a staff member from back of chemist. Others in front of us just walked out in total frustration.

  As I was looking at perfumes intending to purchase one, I was asked abruptly 'You right?' and then I said "No thank you" After this she felt the need to look at my hands and on my person as if I intentions of theft.

  I have always found the staff very helpful. Even gone out of their way. Have been going there for years . They always go out of their way tobe helpful.
