  Hi all, I would avoid this shop as I feel I have been taken for a ride. Here's how it went down, I went in there for a simple starter motor replacement, starter motors for my make and model cost $170 online which I was charged $250 fair enough they can add over heads for this. But I got a call later that day explaining there was some electrical fault which they needed a auto electrician to find, ok, fine hire a third party auto electrician. The problem started when I went in to pay. The manager handed me the shops invoice I looked it over and then asked to see the auto electricians invoice which he had under the desk. After a heated discussion insisting that I have a right to see the invoice and the fact that he had no reason not to show me. I left paying for a service that I had no proof of what was done. There was no reason for this and I feel they may have charged me for something that never happened which was a extra $200. I only asked to see a invoice which he had and was refused with no good reason. So be careful if you take your car there as this rang alarm bells with me. And yes I was dealing with the shops manager. IF THE MANAGER READS THIS PLEASE CONTACT ME AND PROVIDE ME WITH THE INVOICE AND I WILL BE HAPPY TO TAKE THIS COMMENT DOWN.

  I took my car in to get a second opinion about a tappet cover oil leak and a leaking power steering pump. The owner popped it up on the hoist for me and took a quick look confirming what the first Mechanic had said.

  We have been taking our cars here for years now and they have often gone above and beyond. Just yesterday Steve gave my adult daughter bad news about her lemon car and good advice on not trying to fix it and how to go about getting a new one. They have also helped out in the past with advice on car purchases and repairs with my daughters cars.

  I will Go back to this place now that I have another vehicle. Because he took the time to show me where the leaks were when the other Mechanic didn't want to take the time to show me for myself. It can be daunting being a woman or an old person or anyone who knows very Little about Auto mechanics. A trustworthy Mechanic is rare.
