  Waited in the Audiovisual section for assistance for 5 to 10 minutes store practically empty not one salesperson asked if they could assist. Was quite prepared to spend over $1,000 but will spend it elsewhere now.

  Purchased a Microwave but discovered we were given the wrong one once we arrived home. Phoned the store and was advised to bring it back and the call was cut short, they did not check to see if they had the item we ordered.

  The time wasted selecting the product could have been minimised if the ticketing noted 'out of stock' and the staff were not too busy to pay attention to detail. Next day, took the floor stock back as it was to be used on bench only! Not to be mounted in a cabinet! That should have been displayed on the ticketing. Found that in the fine print in manual. Again no help to get bulky item to car. Not an easy task for seniors!

  They will supply the display model, slightly reduced, which does not compensate for the sheer inconvenience of having to return to the store and carting it back through the shopping centre again and not getting a new one out of the box. No assistance was offered to get the bulky item to the carpark or advised of a pick up point if there is one.

  Average store for a jb hifi. All the main products are available, the staff just generally lack the knowledge or willingness to assist compared to other stores. It has gotten better than it used to be though. 6/10

  Purchased a new I Phone 6 today and the young man wo served me was outstanding, he even transferred all the information from my old Android mobile to the new one and made sure I was happy with it even making sure we could operate it, don't know his name , but think he was in charge of the Mobile phone section, also it was a pleasure to be greated by the young Lady at the door. THANK YOU JB HIFI
