  Took 5 working days to get a part in for a job that should take 15 minutes to fix. Was promised 3 days. Didnt hear from them so had to call. Was then told another day and ended up being 2. Had i know they didn't stock basic parts i would have walked into UMart and got one myself.

  On phone customer service was good though but friendly talk doesnt get your computer up and running. Scott is great to deal with both at the shop and on the phone.

  Kurt has provided the seamless Customer Service interface that one would expect at a top level Retail outlet.
