Just went to buy my party alcohol here and while the service by a certain gentleman who helped me pick upy wines was great. I had an unpleasant reception when I went to the till. I didn't have my card with me to access the specials and the till operator asked a lady in green shirt at the services counter to check my number for me. This lady was quite rude in front of other customers to me yelling " we don't do that for customers anymore, we're busy. Ring customer service!" Wow! Showed me how low the standards have gone at Dan Murphy's Kawana. Will NEVER buy there again!

Why do gift vouchers expire??? Cash on gift card should be honoured regardless. Misplaced my gift card in an old handbag and to my dismay it had expired. Dan Murphys got the money....but i get nothing
