  My phone has a slight crack on the screen, it's not a major fix not that, that matters. I would suggest going to a different store if you need phone repairs!

  So disappointed with the service at this store. I handed my mobile in for repair over a week ago, and should be receiving it back today. I called the store to find out my phone hasn't even been sent to their claims unit. It has just been sitting in their back room for the last 10 days.

  Service was so arrogant to an existing customer I was lucky enough to be out of contract and went to Vodafone who did everything in store right there and then. Optus said I had to do everything online while they looked at you as if you were interrupting there txt messaging they were doing... always had bad service from Optus... why did I give them another go... out now never going back for sure

  The staff were helpful, quick and efficient. I lost my sim card when I went on a holiday and they gave me a replacement one. The sim card worked immediately and I was back to normal in less than half an hour.
