  Normally shop at woolworths kawana but thought would check out Coles turkeys. I asked one assistant who told me "I work on service and am just going on a break." Asked on checkout and the response was "have no.idea is it for Xmas "?????? Went to Woolworths and the staff were more than helpful going far beyond service. No more Coles for me.

  We purchased the Coles Finest Angus Beef - full of gristle I have never had such an awful burger full of gristle it was disgusting!

  Served at checkout by AMY bought 2 cloth bags as l don't use plastic she proceeded to put some in plastic asked nicely could l just use the cloth she said she gets abused if she puts them together and gets abused if she doesn't l said l wasn't abusive just want to use cloth bags she then denied she said it ! very rude employee !!!!!!!!!
